TV BELGRADE EDITOR RESIGNS

BELGRADE, November 12, 2004 - The editor-in-chief of TV Belgrade's current affairs programming, Gordana Susa, has resigned unconditionally. Radio Television Serbia general director Aleksandar Tijanic told Beta that he had accepted the resignation. "She resigned with no explanation. I'm sorry she did, but I accepted it," said Tijanic. Susa said today that she did not want to comment on her decision. Tijanic said that he had asked weekly Vreme journalists Nenad Lj. Stefanovic to act as editor in chief of TV Belgrade and expected his answer by Monday.
