ANTI-SEMITIC POSTER DISTRIBUTORS SENTENCED

BELGRADE, March 30, 2005 – Three persons found guilty of distributing and displaying posters around Belgrade that included a call for a boycott of Radio Television B92 and Anti-Semitic messages, have been sentenced to ten days in prison. The three perpetrators in question are 19 year-old Nikola Stamenkovic, 21 year-old Aleksandar Joksic and 20 year-old Ratko Sakic. The posters appeared in downtown Belgrade on the night of March 21. The Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs has confirmed that the three are in prison and have begun serving their sentences.
