FALSE ADVERTISING PROHIBITED

BELGRADE, April 2, 2005 – New Advertising Act would prohibit the false advertising such as “only our products are natural”, or “this is free”, “money back guarantee” and so on. The medicaments or medical equipment could not be advertised, and so called hoax commercials will be prohibited – the commercials that show a person in white coat playing a doctor, saying that ‘the experts’ analysis proved such and such’.
